Beverly Ladley leads the Foundation’s advancement, investments and product development efforts. She oversees strategies that deepen donor engagement, expand philanthropic impact and drive product innovation to enhance and diversify offerings for current and future fundholders. Beverly’s work is central to supporting Foundation for the Carolina’s mission and executing on its strategic priorities, with an emphasis on innovation, community connection and long-term financial stewardship.

Beverly joined the Foundation in January 2026, bringing extensive experience across banking, financial services and consulting. She previously served as a Senior Advisor with McKinsey & Company, consulting globally with financial services and technology companies. Prior to McKinsey, she held several executive leadership roles at Fiserv, including Head of Consumer & Loyalty Solutions and Head of Merchant Financing. Earlier in her career, Beverly served as Head of Retail Products and Consumer Lending at SunTrust Bank following multiple leadership roles in Consumer and Small Business banking at Bank of America.

She is currently a member of the Atrium Healthcare Foundation Board and the University of Virginia Darden School Board of Trustees. Her past board service includes the Charlotte Ballet Board of Trustees, Teach for America Charlotte Board of Directors, and serving as an independent director for Carolina Financial Corporation. Beverly is also the founder of the Baby J Fund, dedicated to fighting pediatric brain tumors.
