Travis Bole

Travis Bole oversees Human Resources and plays a key leadership role in guiding and coordinating the execution of the Foundation’s strategic framework. His work focuses on strengthening organizational capacity, developing talent, enhancing internal systems and ensuring the Foundation is positioned to deliver on its mission and long-term strategic priorities.

Travis joined the Foundation in July 2026 with more than two decades of experience in organizational leadership and human resources. He most recently served as a Human Resources Executive at Bank of America, where he supported a broad range of business lines and partnered closely with enterprise teams in Corporate Strategy, Operational Excellence, Payments and Third-Party management. Travis began his career with Mercer Consulting in Seattle before pursuing graduate studies.

A graduate of Brigham Young University, Travis holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from BYU’s Marriott School of Business, where he specialized in organizational behavior and human resources.
